Local nonprofit Paul’s Place is launching a culinary arts training program that will yield jobs and provide a new dining option along Pigtown’s Main Street. Groundwork Kitchen is designed to help Baltimore’s youth and others looking for work get the training they need to find employment in the growing hospitality industry.
