Baltimore is getting another googly-eyed trash wheel, this time at the mouth of the Gwynns Falls, near where Interstate 95 and Maryland Route 295 meet. The wheel will be the city’s fourth, and largest, when it is installed next spring, the Waterfront Partnership’s Health Harbor Initiative announced Monday.
