Tenable finally files to go public

Columbia cybersecurity firm Tenable has filed to go public, with the company proposing to raise $100 million and be traded on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “TENB.” The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The proposed offering price was used to calculate the company’s registration fee to file its S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and could change. Morgan Stanley, J.P.
