Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. opened a new center within its downtown Baltimore headquarters earlier this year to consolidate about 200 of its employees from two separate locations into one state-of-the-art center. The new customer contact center opened in the spring at 110 W. Fayette St. and serves as office space for the energy distribution company’s employees.
