Baltimore City’s Department of Public Works evacuated Mt. Washington Village Tuesday afternoon due to high flood waters. The city and Baltimore County were issued aerial flood warnings through 5:15 p.m., and a flash flood watch is in effect in the area through Wednesday evening.
