Baltimore-based software firm E-Innovative Services Group LLC has been acquired by a Pennsylvania company looking to do more business in the federal contracting space. AssetWorks LLC finalized its acquisition this month of E-ISG, a provider of software which allows for the tracking, managing and reporting on any assets used by a business or government agency.
