Construction plans at two of Greater Baltimore’s transportation hubs were announced in the last week, amid some other smaller updates to ongoing development stories. Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport plans to build a $60 million expansion onto concourse A for the growing Southwest Airlines.
