Royal Farms is taking its famous fried chicken box beyond the gas station. The Baltimore-based chain plans to join Federal Hill’s Cross Street Market with a stall selling fried chicken, sandwiches, Western fries and an array of other sides, Arsh Mirmiran, a principal for the the market’s developer, Caves Valley Partners, said Tuesday.
