GSE Systems Inc. has acquired a North Texas engineering firm for $13.5 million in a move that helps the company provide more services to large nuclear energy providers. Sykesville-based GSE Systems provides engineering, staffing and simulation software services to clients in the power and process industries in more than 50 countries.
