Cranberry Run Business Park in Aberdeen was recently sold — and will get an immediate facelift. FRP Development Corp. purchased the property located at 1003 Old Philadelphia Rd. last month for $6.34 million. The two-story, 270,000-square-foot Harford County property was developed in 1986 and is only 15 percent leased, FRP officials said Tuesday.
