Timing and a little luck helped Greenspring Realty Partners purchase and fully lease a 68,000-square-foot warehouse and office complex last month in Arbutus. The single-story property at 4801-4825 Benson Ave. was acquired by the Baltimore investors for $4.37 million — and two leases were signed as the deal moved forward.
