Baltimore’s newest senior living community sits on 15 acres in Mt. Washington but its ski lodge vibe makes residents feel like they’re on the slopes. The Homestead, which is part of the Springwell Senior Living complex, opened last year and has 99 one and two-bedroom independent living units.
