Ludlow Market, Bar & Bottle Shop has closed just months after it opened in the same space as the former Wine Market Bistro in Locust Point, owner Christopher Spann confirmed Wednesday. The restaurant and store at 921 E. Fort Ave. opened in June shortly after Spann closed his nearly 14-year-old Wine Market.
