WBAL NewsRadio 1090 AM is expanding to the FM dial. The news talk station can now also be heard across Greater Baltimore on 101.5 FM. Cary Pahigian, president and general manager of WBAL, said being added to the FM dial provides an opportunity to expand its listenership. The station had been solely been on the AM dial for 93 years. “There are some people, frankly, who choose to listen to an FM dial only,” he said. “We want to make sure we are on every broadcast and digital platform.” 101.5…
