Baltimoreans will have to head to the county to get their Bonchon soy garlic wings and bulgogi wraps. The Canton location of the Korean-inspired fried chicken franchise has closed, Bonchon’s corporate office confirmed Monday. Hank Balle, the chain’s corporate chef, declined to offer a reason for the closure. The restaurant opened at 3500 Boston St. in February 2017 after months of anticipation and delays. The 2,500-square-foot space inside the Broom Factory building had room to seat 85 people.…
