Hopkins-born mobile therapy startup looks to raise $2.3 million

A Johns Hopkins-born startup developing a mental health support application has raised $1 million, according to documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. SEC documents showed Marigold Health, formerly Sunrise Health, is looking to raise up to $2.3 million in new equity funding.
