Scott Ferber, former CEO of the recently-acquired ad tech firm Videology, is taking on a new executive role with his company’s buyer. Amobee, the advertising technology arm of a Singapore-based telecommunications firm Singtel, announced Tuesday it has completed its acquisition of Videology’s assets. Amobee placed a $101 million winning bid to acquire Videology in a bankruptcy auction in July.
