The Baltimore Running Festival is selling more tickets than this time last year, organizers said, as the annual day of races continues to recover from a dip in registrations three years ago. More than 20,000 runners participated in last year’s festival, which includes a marathon, half-marathon, 5K and team relay as well as post-race festivities by the Inner Harbor.
