Johntay Bedingfield, the executive chef of La Food Marketa in Baltimore County’s Quarry Lake, will be one of the contestants in an episode of “Chopped” airing Tuesday. The Food Network show is known for throwing wild-card ingredients at its contestants, who must prepare a three-course meal for a panel of judges using of all of the ingredients inside a mystery basket presented at the beginning of the competition.
