Longtime WBAL Radio anchor Dave Durian died early Monday morning after a brief illness. He was 72. Durian served the Greater Baltimore radio and television market for over 30 years. He was named host of WBAL’s morning show in 1990, and stepped down from the position in 2012. Even after leaving the position, Durian remained involved with some broadcasts, WBAL charity efforts and served as a back-up anchor when needed.
