A unique “pop-up” hotel is going to fill empty apartments at 225 N. Calvert St. as the redevelopment of the former Bank of America office space begins to lease up. The WhyHotel will open June 28, creating hotel rooms out of 158 of the 346 one- and two-bedroom units in midtown that will cost up to $150 per night.
