McCormick & Co. Inc.’s profit rose 23 percent in the second quarter as sales increased mostly due to last year’s acquisition of French’s mustard and Frank’s RedHot Sauce. The Sparks-based spice maker had a $123 million profit, or 93 cents per share, up from $100 million, or 79 cents per share, a year ago.
