Los Angeles-based engineering firm AECOM (NYSE: ACM) is laying off 173 people in the region. That’s according to a new Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act notice filed Friday with Maryland’s Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation. The layoffs are slated to take place from July 27 through Aug. 31, according to the filing.
