W.R. Grace executives' pay slips without bonuses from emerging from bankruptcy

W.R. Grace & Co. executives can’t emerge from bankruptcy protection every year. The top brass at Columbia-based chemical-maker Grace (NYSE: GRA) felt a drop in compensation in 2015, according to the company’s proxy statement filed Thursday. But the change was largely due to the previous year’s compensation being inflated by special bonuses tied to the company’s emergence from Chapter 11. W. R.
