Organizers of Light City Baltimore provided a preview of sculptures and displays on Sunday night ahead of the inaugural festival’s official launch Monday. Light City brings 1.5 miles of light installations by dozens of artists, 50 concerts and 100 performances to the Inner Harbor and Federal Hill for the free week-long festival.
