1 E. Pratt St. outdoor plaza is getting an overhaul

A renovation to an outdoor plaza adjacent to the 1 East Pratt St. office building will begin on Monday. The renovations will include the addition of 35 parking spaces to the open-air plaza that adjoins the Hyatt Regency Inner Harbor Hotel and the Baltimore Convention Center. The plaza is presently used as a pedestrian walkway from one location to the other.
