Caves Valley Partners has sold a 45,000-square-foot medical office building along Key Highway in South Baltimore for $23 million. Known as Riverside Wharf, Caves Valley Partners opened the building at 1420 Key Highway in 2014. The buyer was Hammes Partner, the private equity arm of Brookfield, Wis.-based Hammes Co.
