Opponents to affordable housing development in Towson say project would further erode historic Black neighborhood

Opponents to an affordable housing project proposed in East Towson, a historically Black neighborhood, say they intend to fight the project every step of the way after a failed attempt to block the development through a rezoning request during the county’s Comprehensive Zoning Map Process.
