Annapolis City Council Ward 5 candidates focused on coronavirus pandemic recovery, education and affordable housing

The Annapolis Democratic Central Committee will meet with the three candidates vying for the seat vacated by Marc Rodriguez at 7 p.m. Monday in a public hearing held by video conference. The committee will send their choice to Mayor Gavin Buckley on Tuesday.
