Disputed Cape St. Claire pier must go, lawsuit over erosion and property rights settled

A pier built in Cape St. Claire without permission from the homeowner’s association must come down, Judge Stacy McCormack ruled earlier this month, despite receiving permitting approval from Anne Arundel County officials.
