Harford County above state, U.S. average in census response; door-to-door count begins Aug. 11

Harford County officials have promoted local participation in the 2020 U.S. Census. August 11 is the first day that census workers will knock on the doors of county residents who have not responded. The county’s response rate is 74.8%.
