‘It was a lot, it was excessive’: Baltimore will pay for damages caused to homes by State Police during a tense standoff

The rowhomes of Randolph Scott, 73, and Fonda White, 53, in Eager Park in East Baltimore were damaged during a tense police standoff last week. The city is paying for the repairs.
