UCLA is suing Under Armour Inc. for more than $200 million after the Baltimore sportswear maker attempted to terminate its recording-breaking sponsorship deal with the school. The lawsuit filed in California District Court Wednesday claims that Under Armour breached its contract by attempting to end the 15-year, $280 million agreement using the ongoing novel coronavirus pandemic as “pretext” to get out a deal that “seemed too expensive for the financially-troubled sportswear company.” UCLA argues…
