Zoning changes pave way for more public parking in Catonsville, kill community-opposed Royal Farms in Halethorpe

The CZMP process led to some rezoning that should bring more parking lots to the Frederick Road corridor in Catonsville and put an end to Royal Farms’ desire for a gas station in Halethorpe.
