Gov. Hogan orders Maryland's non-essential businesses to close

Gov. Larry Hogan has ordered all nonessential businesses in Maryland to close — the latest in a series of major steps he has taken to try and slow down the spread of COVID-19 in the state. The order will go into effect at 5 p.m. on Monday.
