Developer to try again for warehouses at former Perryville Outlets site

The developer of the former Perryville Outlets site off Interstate 95 in Cecil County plans to once again apply for the zoning designation needed to build warehouses on the site, but this time with an anchor tenant in mind. A subsidy of SK Realty — a New York firm that specializes in warehouses — applied for a Planned Infill Redevelopment District (PIRD) designation in 2018, which was rejected by the town of Perryville in February 2019.
