Baltimore developer charged for illegal demolition of pre-Civil War era building

Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh has filed criminal charges against a development company that is alleged to have illegally demolished a historic building in Baltimore’s Upton neighborhood. The former St. Vincent’s Infant Asylum at 1411 Division St. was over 150 years old when it was torn down in February 2018.
