The results of the special primary election held yesterday to fill the seat of late U.S. Rep. Elijah Cummings are in. The Democratic nominee is Kweisi Mfume, with 43% of the vote, and the Republican nominee is Kimberly Klacik, with 41% of the vote. Mfume, 71, previously held the 7th Congressional District seat for a decade before Cummings.…
