Baltimore County is on the hunt for a consultant to create a 10-year plan year to develop and upgrade the county’s public schools. Count Executive John Olszewski Jr. said Monday the county will hire an adviser to develop a High School Master Plan by September 2020 to prioritize capital needs for the system, the third largest in Maryland with 113,814 students and 18,202 employees.
