Bank of America has closed its branch in downtown Towson, opening up a prime location for another bank or possibly a restaurant. The branch at 32 W. Pennsylvania Ave. closed after Bank of America terminated its long-term lease at the location early, said Gary Bozel, an accountant and registered agent for 32 West Penn LLC, the entity that owns the building.
