Meal-kit delivery startup Terra’s Kitchen has ceased operations and filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection after the company struggled to raise additional capital from investors to cover its growing expenses. Terra’s Kitchen CFO Brendan Connors notified investors of the news in a letter on Tuesday. The company filed paperwork in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for Maryland later that day.
