Arundel Federal Savings Bank named Thomas N. Herpel as its president, part of a transition plan that has been in the works for two years. In addition to becoming president, Herpel will retain his current title of chief operating officer. Herpel, who has been at Arundel Federal for 28 years, will succeed Dave Costello as CEO next year.
