The Orioles are making some changes at Camden Yards in advance of next month’s sold-out Billy Joel concert. The Maryland Stadium Authority on Tuesday approved plans to cut seven new ingress and egress points into the baseball stadium’s left field wall that concertgoers will use to access their seats.
