Three new tenants have moved into a new corporate campus being developed by Merritt Properties in Owings Mills. Choice Cybersecurity, CompuGroup Medical and Federal Specialized Services signed leases in the spring and moved into office space converted from the former lab and offices for Actavis Inc. at 10065 Red Run Boulevarad.
