Della Rose’s Avenue Tavern will close June 24 after 20 years in White Marsh. “We are sad to announce that an era has come to an end,” a Facebook post announcing the news says. “The memories are countless.” Owner Joe Della Rose said the tavern is closing because he could not come to an agreement on a new lease for the space with the restaurant’s landlord. “It was time for us to go,” he said.
