It’s official. A Whole Foods Market will anchor the $350 million Towson Row mixed-use project, developer Greenberg Gibbons said Tuesday, cementing plans dating back to 2014 that the popular grocer would sign onto the project. The 45,000-square-foot store will be located at the corner of York Road and Towsontown Boulevard and include a 6,200-square-foot mezzanine level and outdoor dining terrace.
