The first three vendors inside a revamped Cross Street Market could be ready to open next week. Arsh Mirmiran, a partner at Caves Valley Partners, said he expects Fenwick Choice Meats, Steve’s Lunch and The Sweet Shoppe will be back in business inside the market within a matter of days.
