Baltimore police says aerial surveillance plane was not a secret

The Baltimore Police Department on Wednesday denied that a plane surveilling the city with cameras was a secret, but acknowledged its usage has never publicly disclosed. For 100 hours in January and February, a Cessna plane with the capability of seeing 32 square miles flew over the city with the purpose of aiding and assisting the police department locating criminals after 911 calls, police spokesman J.T.
