Chair: Baltimore Community Foundation will review policies following police surveillance controversy

Baltimore Community Foundation chair Laura Gamble said Friday the organization will “scrutinize and review” its policies and procedures after money it received was used by the Baltimore Police Department for an aerial surveillance program.
