M&T Bank looks within to fill head of retail, business banking post

A series of managerial changes at M&T Bank means there’s a new executive in charge of retail and business banking. Neil Hosty, a native of Galway, Ireland who first joined M&T in 2002 and then returned in 2013, now oversees retail branches and ATMs for the entire bank. He succeeds Darren King, who was promoted to chief financial officer in April. King succeeded Rene Jones, one of M&T’s three vice chairmen, who is now the head of mortgage and commercial lending, treasury and M&T’s Wilmington…
